(June 28, 2021, 10:45 pm)We had Carlito come and provide us a quote to fill beneath our driveway where we had some hollow areas that were starting to cause cracks in the driveway and we knew that eventually the driveway would break and drop significantly if not repaired. Carlito was very professional and knowledgeable about his services and that definitely gave me comfort in selecting him to make the necessary repairs to our driveway. The quote he provided was very fair and honest and he didn't just come and give us a flat rate to repair, he explained the cost of the foam and approximately how much we would require and that gave us a range that was very fair and affordable.
The service he provided was to drill holes in my driveway and then insert polyurethane foam into the hollow areas under the driveway. This process will fill the gaps under the driveway and stabilize the driveway going forward. Carlito's approach was great and i was present while he did the work and he did a fantastic job and was very particular to make sure the driveway looked the same as before he started. I have an aggregate driveway and you can't tell where he made the drill holes. Our driveway is now stable and solid and I would definitely recommend Carlito and his services to anyone needing any repairs to their driveway.

(May 17, 2021, 10:21 pm)I used him last summer on my back concrete porch area. It has been constantly shifting a good 2-3 mm every years for 10 years.
After filling in the areas under this huge concrete slab, there was no movement!

He put tremendous effort to make the project is done right. He has an excellent personality and very kind in doing the job right and making sure the client is satisfied with the service.
