He showed up on time, explained everything he did, and did his job very quick! Thank you so much! Will defs recommend to friends and will call in case of other issues!

(October 13, 2022, 1:00 am)Although it wasn't great to have to call Zap, my experience with them definitely was! I had a nasty spider/spider nest in my basement and some carpet beetles. I called Zap and was able to get an appointment right away. The service technician, Dave, was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained the process thoroughly. He even made sure he cleaned up the spider nest before he left - forever grateful!!!

(August 28, 2022, 12:33 am)We had an amazing experience with Zap! We called them to take care of a difficult wasp/hornet nest under our driveway that we were not able to reach ourselves. As everyone in our family is severely allergic to wasps, having this here was very stressful and we were eager to get rid of it as soon as possible. The gentleman from Zap came by the very next day and quickly took care of the nest, and was very friendly and informative. Less than a week later, there are no signs of any wasps. Thank you so much for your wonderful services!! We will absolutely be using this company again in the future for any pest control needs.

Dave looked at the problem and then explained how he was going to resolve the problem and how it would solve our issue. Dave was friendly and professional. We highly recommend Dave and Zap! I choose ZAP Pest Control because their price and bundle seemed the most reasonable and I'm very happy I did. Their product worked immediately & I have not seen a single sign of a critter after our 3rd treatment. I HIGHLY recommend and I will absolutely call them again if I ever (hopefully not) need their services.
