Rick and Jon are truly “Custom” builders. They helped us immensely during the design and build phases: keeping it real while making it luxurious. Afterward, they support us regularly and willingly. We love our home.

We have worked with Waterford Homes on several different projects over the last 10+ years. Clearly, they have great trades and a meticulous attention to detail, but more than anything, you can always trust that Jon and Rick have the clients best interests in mind throughout the process and beyond. How many contractors can you say will show up at a clients house over the Christmas Holidays to repair a frozen pipe issue 10 years after having completed the project? Waterford does, and once you are a Waterford client, you are always part of the family from that point forward. They are wonderful problem solvers, and hold everybody involved in the project to the highest possible standard. I can't say enough good things about Jon and Rick, and would absolutely recommend them to anybody considering a new build or renovation project that requires a team that cares and will deliver in every way.

Waterford just completed our custom home build in Calgary this year. Having experienced what other contractors/home builders are like with a previous major renovation, we did our research before committing to a builder for our forever home. Jon and Rick were nothing short of amazing. They truly had our best interests at heart. I know our home is very well built and will last. Everything was very transparent throughout the process. They always answered any of our concerns right away. I don't think many people can say that they didn't find building a home stressful or frustrating, but we can! They had our backs and made sure things were done to a very high level of quality. The trades they work with are the best and very professional. I can't recommend them enough and would never build with anyone else again!

We are nearing completion of our second major renovation and are once again beyond satisfied with our results and equally importantly, the renovation process.
Waterford did a complete gut and renovation of our kitchen, basement, laundry room, main floor staircase and bar. They are currently finishing up our master bedroom, bathroom, work out room and powder room.
Time is taken to ensure minimal disruption, the site is cleaned daily, all details are thought out and seamless. Their trades are the best in the business and the results are stunning and have exceeded our expectations.
I simple would not trust anyone else to renovate or build!
