My journey with Ashley started when I was a few months pregnant with my second child and was looking for a pelvic floor physiotherapist in my area. I'm so glad I found Ashley because she became such an integral part of my prenatal and postnatal care.

During my pregnancy, Ashley assessed my entire body so that I could prevent some of the physical symptoms I experienced in my previous pregnancy. She also taught me some amazing pushing techniques that I wish I knew the first time around. I suffered from a mild prolapse from my first delivery and wanted to be proactive with my second pregnancy to reduce my symptoms. The work I did with Ashley contributed to a very positive birth experience.

When I went back to see Ashley 6 weeks postpartum, we started the work of getting me to where I wanted to be post having two babies. I never thought I would ever feel like I could start running again, but with a combination of one on one appointments with Ashely and then joining her postpartum strength class, I now feel stronger than ever! Taking my time and following Ashley's expert advice over the past year has got me to where I am today! Ashley's approach was life-changing, she got me back to running and enjoying exercise again, all while having a great time and meeting new moms in the process.

I met Ashley when I joined her Postpartum Strengthening group, 4 months after giving birth. From my first interaction with her, I felt supported and understood, especially as a new mom returning to exercise (with my baby!) Not only did she plan weekly exercises that set the foundation for gradual strengthening, each class was new and different. Even though it was a (small) group class, it felt completely personalized. She always watched my movements, made adjustments and encouraged me to take it at my own pace and/or try something a little heavier or harder if appropriate. She supported my return to run goals, by offering an individual analysis and recommending a progressive plan. I also need to mention that it was an absolute GIFT to be able to take my baby to class! Ashley is VERY good with babies and was able to help offer a safe space for them to watch their mamas work out! My postpartum recovery has been smooth and I have gained strength and confidence, thanks to Ashley and the wonderful program she has created! Thank-you!

I’ve been a patient of Ashley’s for a long time. When she started up Warrior Physio, I followed her from her old clinic to her new practice. Ashley has helped me rehab from two torn MCLs, knee surgery that removed a piece of my meniscus, multiple shoulder separations and any little injury. She has been professional, brutally honest and most importantly, effective. I recommend her to anyone.

Being an adrenaline junkie leads to many injuries over the years, some minor and some major. The person who gets me back to doing what I love the most is Ashley Chapman and her knowledge, expertise and professionalism.
When I recently found out that she left the clinic that I would see her at, I was devastated. But when I heard the great news that she started a business on her own, that changed everything. Especially when I had the worst injury in 20 years, I made sure to see her as soon as possible. Four sessions later I’m armed with plenty of exercises and feeling a lot better than when I went in both physically and mentally.
Thank you Ashley for doing what you do so well.

Have worked with Ashley on and off for about 10 years, she has always made me feel welcome and comfortable. Is very dynamic and has built plans for many of my sports injuries over the years. Her needling practice and other work during sessions help give immediate relief. While her exercise plans will address your immediate problem from its root. Thank you for all your help over the years. Ashley and Warrior Physio is highly recommended!
