Not knowing how the structure of my own corporation was settled up by my vs. “partners”. 2. Not able to provide clear books after more than a year by my corporate “partners” 3. Not understanding my own rights within the corporate bylaws. After 4 meetings they came back with a clear picture of how to position me in front of my VS. “partners”. They were able to Extract all the details to set me in a legit free-out position. VS my “partners” who were trying to intimidate me with non-real accusations.
