Our realtor has been in touch with the sellers and they will fix the gas meter and the furnace venting in our absence, critical to the house remaining safe and sound until we arrive. Also, I have been able to set aside budget in advance for the major roof repairs coming in the next year or so, and plan for the smaller repairs accordingly. That has been an immense help for us in planning our move-in, to avoid bumps in the road while settling in. Our conversation was friendly and our inspector, Jeff, was easygoing and personable as he walked us through the report page by page, complete with photos of the repair and future maintenance situations we need to check out. Highly recommend!

We had a pleasure to deal with Jeff Howells, who went above and beyond to accommodate our home inspection on Sunday for us ,due to last minute bank approval. The report was clear, with all detais and pictures , the payment transaction instant.

(August 1, 2022, 11:31 pm)Jeff was very thorough inspecting our 1960's house, he actually got up on the roof to inspect rather than use a drone which we appreciated. He was open to our questions and explained everything in detail. He was a pleasure to work with and would recommend him to anyone looking for a quality home inspector.
