Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, they were very prompt and replied to emails and phone messages in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company for any inspection needs.

Kevin is very professional, knowledgeable, and spent time answering all of my questions.

(October 6, 2022, 1:18 pm)As a Power Engineer I was expecting that I would have to follow the inspector around to ensure a through job was done, but after only a few minutes I knew there was no need. The detail and equipment used to ensure that every part of the house was checked for defects made me feel at ease. At the end if the inspection he described everything in detail and walked me through the house to show any concerns that should be addressed, along with furnace maintenance and water shut off locations.
