(December 9, 2022, 10:00 pm)Anthony got us set up with our new windows and doors prior to our house getting new siding. The installers were extremely polite and they did a fantastic job. The contractor who did our siding said that who ever did our doors and windows did a phenomenal job. We needed some additional vinyl window casing and they were very prompt at getting it to us.

The team works very hard, incredibly courteous and communicative upon arrival, and wasted no time in getting started. The windows look and operate great. All staff are very polite and helpful, Vlad and Anton always there to give useful advise and solve any issue with clients. Great company and best windows!

(September 16, 2022, 3:44 am)I was quite happy with the price and value of Window Seal West. We had a couple of our basement windows replaced, and not only did they turn around and provide an installation date much sooner than anticipated, the install quality was great, and the windows are really nice.
Time will tell how they hold up, but we'll see how they hold up through the upcoming winter. -

However, it’s been installed after 1 year, I found those windows are moisture inside of glass, so I requested to change all windows, and they responded me to proceed immediately. I appreciated that they really guarantee to replace it without any issue, thanks.
