(February 5, 2023, 9:53 pm)Clean, fast and great service. Raman (I think that was his name) He was great! He acknowledged each customer as they walked in and signaled them to a station. Things ran really smooth. I was in and out in under 15 min even though it was busy.

They seemed to have completely retooled their sorting line to accomodate a massive automation line, unfortunately that means about 60 percent of the sorting tables they used to have are servicing a single line which they have tried to snake through a tight space. I did notice a good part of the floor was open construction so it's possible this will get better in time. Today took us the better part of an hour to get through and the line wrapped almost to the carwash doors outside. I will give this another shot maybe next summer but I'm going to take my business down to midnapore where they still manual sort but I never have wait when they have all 15 sorting tables running. Another key issue is the very end of the parking lot has become a dump. Old 2x4s with nails, dead shipping carts, and metals are just asking for your tires to get popped l. The lot is often full of trucks and cars which makes you swing or back out into this end of the lot inevitable if you park closer to that side. I'd suggest they just need to clean up the dump site to make it safer and easier to navigate.

(September 25, 2022, 10:15 pm)The new upgrades are so neat! There’s still some aesthetic work to be done but overall the improvements are top notch. I really enjoyed watching the machines work and knowing they assist in accuracy is a plus
