I currently work with RIMK and smearing the company with inaccurate information is very unfair for the hardworking employees who had work with the company for years
and who are very grateful to RIMK for continually giving us employment and opportunity to grow.
The company is constantly improving with work safety and employee training.
RIMK is a family owned company and are owned by great people. Alot of the employees there had been with the company for over 10years.
Alot of the employees have families and the company tries it very best to keeping employees employed despite the slow down for the past few years.
By the comment of Dave, I have a pretty good idea who the person is.
Infact, the very reason he got fired was he was very hostile to his superiors and was alienating other employees.
If you have a vendetta to a specific person please don't get the whole company involved as we also work with the company and have families to support. -
