As a first time home buyer, Mike made the process very straightforward and made sure I understood everything and made the right decisions along the way. I would definitely recommend Mike as a mortgage broker.

He was attentive throughout and made me feel at ease during a very stressful time. He is efficient and walks you through every step. He will even help you watch any market changes and will reach out to you to see if you want any changes!!! Seriously, couldn't have asked for a better support. 100% recommend Mike. Our deal was not a simple, conventional deal, yet Mike was able to get us approved within a short period of time. From the very first email, Mike was professional, efficient, detailed and worked tirelessly to help us buy our first home. Mike was the best with communication; we never had to wonder what was happening with the mortgage process which helped lessen our stress levels significantly.
