(March 12, 2019, 4:45 pm)I feel the same. I am disappointed with the level of quality and the service.
The glasses I bought are OK ( you get what you pay for ) I am convinced that the lens are not the correct prescription for my vision. I have been back to comment to the ladies at the front desk regarding this and they do not seem to concerned that I am unhappy with the lens. It is a sign of the times poor quality and service to go along with the quality. I guess next time I will need to pay more for what I did not get here. -

(May 14, 2015, 10:11 pm)Im going to be honest, I just want the same level of customer service from each employee when I visit any type of retail establishment. Due to the terrible service I recieved from their Optician Valerie, I almost didnt return. In fact, if it wasnt for the half price frames and lenses sale I probably would have taken my business elsewhere. I stood at the desk for over 15mins while she didnt even explain to us what she was doing on the computer, then I asked, she told me she was trying to get me a better deal if I paid that day with a different promotion that I later found out dosnt exist. Thankfully I went in on a day when Angela was working, and she was amazing! I ended up purchasing multiple pairs with Angelas help, this lady knew what customer service is. She physically came out from behind the counter to help me and suggested pairs I purchased, and her 1st suggested pair is actually my fave! The other lady, Valerie, couldnt even be bothered to come out from behind the counter to help me choose frames during my previous visit. When I returned to pick up my glasses Valerie almost broke one pair by trying to "adjust" them and "adjusted" another pair to the opposite of what I asked so they ended up hurting my nose more. The cherry on the sundae was when I saw her treat a senior man extremely aggressive, rudely with a severe lack of patience,. I have been in customer service for 18 years, I would never allow any of my employees to treat a senior with such attitude, if they did, they wouldn't be my employee any more.
