We contacted Homescapes about renovating our yard to make it more functional for our needs. Riley was very helpful in setting us up with their landscape designer to give us exactly what we were looking for. They worked with to keep the mature trees that we love, and reconfigured the space freed up by removing an unused, non-functioning hot tub. They recognized the drainage problem hidden under the old deck and included resolving that in the plan. Once the plan was confirmed, the team that they had on site was fantastic. They arrived reliably, put in long days and it was very clear that they cared to make sure everything was done right. Every step of the way, the communication on the progress was great. The result is a beautiful space that I can't wait to spend time in. Many thanks to Riley, Erin, Calvin and the whole team!

My wife and I started working with Riley and Homescapes back in 2017. After we worked through design and plant selections, they started work on our yard. On the very first day, Riley called me and let me know that there was a significant amount of water to deal with and that he didn’t feel comfortable proceeding until it was addressed. We involved our builder and together moved forward with a drainage solution that we all thought was appropriate. Homescapes resumed work and completed the project later in the summer. However, shortly after completion, we noticed a significant amount of water building up in the back yard and around the patio area, indicating that the drainage solution we thought would work, was actually ineffective. We attempted to re-engage with the builder but they were completely unhelpful and virtually washed their hands of the whole situation. Rather than do the same, Riley and his team committed to resolving the issues. It took some time but our yard was finally completed this summer and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Mike and the rest of the on-site team were great with site clean-up and providing me with updates along the way. All of them were very personable and friendly whenever my wife or I had any questions. I’ll be honest, this project was, at times, no fun at all due to the builder’s indifferent approach and lack of support, but through it all, Riley honored his commitment to ‘make this right’. In my experience, that sort of integrity is a rare find. Anyone choosing to work with Riley and his team at Homescapes will not be disappointed.

Riley was referred to us by a friend. Came to our house and provided his knowledgeable insights on what trees might work in our yard. Was very patient and provided lots of time and feedback. We toured his tree farm and picked out exactly what we wanted. Installers arrived on time and did a terrific job of placement as well as cleaning up the yard afterwards.
