Hello, I decided to go with Hansen's because I spoke to other movers they said no second set of tires allowed, the price was more or less the same. Dropped my 2016 Elantra to Scarborough yard and I was told should be in Calgary in 14 working days and it was there on time. Picked it up in Calgary, inspected it everything was good. Thanks to Minnie for keeping me update on the move with her friendly and professional way. Will definitely recommend. Thanks
Service- long distance haul

I live in Calgary and recently picked up my car at the Hansen's terminal in Calgary. The car had been shipped by Hansen's from a dealership in Markham, ON. I am EXTREMELY particular about my vehicles. As a rabid car enthusiast who only replaces their car every 10-15 years, the purchase of a new vehicle is a major event in my life, filled with many weeks of anticipation while shopping for the desired car. On this occasion, I found the car that met my desired specs in Markham. To be honest, the thought of shipping my new vehicle all that way caused me great anxiety given the potential for damage along the way. I connected with Muneebah (Minnie) Daud from Hansen's to better understand the shipping process. She patiently explained the various shipping options and answered my many questions. I specifically requested the car be shipped by rail. This required additional notes on the file and follow up. She diligently followed up on my car shipping arrangements, ensuring the car was shipped by rail as requested. She kept me posted along the way on the progress of the car across the country. While there was a slight delay of a couple of days (due to rail traffic), the car arrived safely in Calgary. When I went to collect the car, I carefully inspected it (minutely) and it was in mint condition, which I was pleasantly surprised (and relived!) to see.
I wanted to recognize Minnie for her excellent customer service, quick, friendly and clear communication. She is a true pro, and a credit to Hansens. Pls ensure this positive feedback is passed along to her, ideally in a public forum at the office.

First, the cost of my 2015 Mazda 6's shipment (by train) from Toronto to Calgary was as competitive, if not better, than other quotes that I received. With the attention that I received from everyone I spoke or wrote to, I decided to go with Hansen's, dropped off the car at their terminal in Scarborough and hoped it would arrive in Calgary safely. No promises were made about the delivery date but I was kept informed about the date the car was loaded on the train in Toronto and the whereabouts of the train throughout its journey. It reached Calgary exactly 3weeks after I dropped it off in as good shape as I dropped it off. In particular I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to Debbie Sampson, Hansen's Client Service Representative, for her warm and respectful demeanor as well as responding to my emails promptly. I had also communicated with Winnie Smith and she was great too. In Calgary, I inspected the car, and headed off to a Mazda dealership for storage of my all season radials. In 2 days, I am back at the dealership for a thorough exterior and interior clean-up. And the GPS doesn't recognize many newer Calgary streets - and I am glad it didn't have to guide the train! I gotta say, I was reluctant after reading the other reviews and seeing all the thumbs ups, but I got my car just fine from Toronto to Calgary. No extra scratch on it, and 2 days earlier than expected. The booking process was easy, and the update and retrieval processes were fine. The only thing I have an issue with is that absolutely miserable person doing the inspections on the Toronto side. So extremely rude and definitely not someone I would ever have representing the front of my company. I almost went back inside and cancelled my booking because of how rude this person acted in general.
