Having a team by our side who managed to keep up with our nagging questions and grasp it is essential to help us build the home that we dream of. It is our luck to have met Grant and Faryn of Excel homes who were very accommodating, patient and flexible with all our queries, demands, and requests. With Grant and Faryn there’s no need to worry about anything, they give you your home as the place you wanted it to be, and more.

The process was great from beginning to end, from picking out all our fixtures and finishes, to seeing our beautiful home being built was an amazing feeling. It took a little longer than a normal build. Upwards of 10 months... but the finished product is beautiful. The project managers are on the ball so far, after a few weeks being in our home we are genuinely happy. Our neighbours that built with excel say the same thing. Hope the rest of our relationship is smooth with the landscaping and concrete too come. Can’t wait until our community is complete. It’s very pretty to walk our dog around and lots of young family’s. it’s a very “homey” feeling. Thank you excel, thank you Faryn and Grant!
