Fast, really friendly and a professional service. Highly recommend and will definitely take any similar projects to them in the future!

When my iPhone crashed while I was backing up my data, I reached out to Apple support to find out what to do, and they said there was nothing they could do (!) There was an error message when trying to restore my phone thru iTunes, and when I turned my phone on, it wouldn’t get past the Apple logo.
So I took it into the Apple store the next day, they said the same thing - I tried not to cry in the store. They said I could just trade in my phone for a replacement phone then & there, but I didn’t want to lose all the precious photos of my baby I had on my phone that I didn’t have saved anywhere else. The person suggested I could look into a data recovery company, so I took my phone with me and searched for a credible company, which I found with Data Recovery Experts. I let them know my situation, and they said they could assess it free of charge first, which I thought was very kind. They kept me informed every step of the way, and it took less than a week for them to recover everything for me - I was so happy!
I found out in the middle of the week that I knew someone else who had used their services before and would also recommend them, so I already knew I was in great hands! I’m still so grateful for the Data Recovery Experts, they saved my photos and videos of memories I could never get back otherwise - highly recommend them, and would use again if required! -

(September 16, 2020, 6:32 pm)And again over year they helped me. So little thing. Just copied all my data from my old computers and sorted the photos.
They even scanned my old films reel and did it better than I carried them to the Costco!!! In general, they always have answers to all questions.
