As out-of-towners, we were unfamiliar with the local market, but David and Carolyn were patient and helpful throughout the process. We were especially impressed by their prompt communication - Carolyn consistently responded to our emails within a few hours. He wasn't thinking about himself and making you to sell your property at the lowest price. As a property manager and realtor, he has a team of highly competent photographers, handymen and cleaners that can arrange to make your property ready to list within days. He also provided 3D tour of the listing. I highly recommend David to sell your property.

The past two years have seen some challenges in the rental market, yet David has been able to quickly find qualified tenants at what I believe to be the best rents given the circumstances. The transition from my previous tenant to the current tenant was absolutely seamless – David handled all aspects of the move out/move in.
I appreciate David’s thoroughness and communication and have no reservations in recommending Briere Property Management.
