Brad was very knowledgeable on the different areas of Calgary and the benefits and drawbacks of each area. He provided a lot of guidance as to what we should look for in a first home as well as similar listing details of houses that were sold in the same areas. He did not push for a purchase of a house and accommodated our schedules very well. Overall, Brad worked well with us and was very efficient at his job. I definitely recommend him and his services.
