Seems to me that the bins were drop-off paper is disposed in should have locks to give -- at least -- the appearance of security. I was told that the drivers shred the docs after their shift. Are they supervised? Does anyone have access to those documents during their shifts? While The Best seems reputable from an online review standpoint, when you actually drop off documents in Calgary, the set-up looks a little loose from a doc security standpoint. Secondly, their needs to be signage. Hard to find the entrance and the rear door where you are supposed to station yourself. The website provides no instructions as to who to call when you arrive or where to go. Clearly, a management and branding issue.

(February 25, 2022, 7:39 pm)Super easy & a great price. Scheduled a drop-off online for two boxes of shredding, drove my car around to the rear of the building and they met me, emptied the boxes and dealt with payment all within about 5 mins. Will definitely use again & recommend to others.
