(April 16, 2022, 12:33 pm)My head contractor/ handyman recommended Emma and team, who provided prompt concrete cutting and egress window installation, as well as a 4 1/4” inch vent opening for the basement. Great service with reasonable price.
I did expect debris and dust inside the bedroom where the egress window goes so I covered the area with plastic sheet and afterwards vacuumed with construction type vacuum. My contractor also checked the cut window area after, caulking foam done well and inside insulation material stayed relatively dry. He, of course, continued with some followup for the installation of window casing as previously planned.
Bathroom vent concrete cutting was done later week but also good. My handyman can install the necessary fan.
