In the past we had no issues with customer service but when we used them recently the customer service was lacking and because of that my overall rating is lower.
We dropped off area rugs to be cleaned and we were told they'd likely be ready within 2 weeks and they would contact us to pick up.
Almost 2 months later and I still had not heard from them. I called to ask if the rugs were ready and was told they were not sure and they would call me back. They didn't return the call so I called again asking if they could tell me if the rugs were ready to be picked up. Again, I was told that they were not sure but would call me. Previously they been able to look up our account and see if they are ready.
They did not call the number I left with them, instead the other one on the account and left a voicemail saying I can pick up between 9-3 but I have to schedule a time. Pickup between 9-3 is not very convenient. I called to schedule a pick up time and was told they'd call me back (again) to set up delivery!! I said no, I want to pick them up as I have done in the past. I was told I could come in anytime between 9-3, it doesn't have to be scheduled.
I went to pick up and the staff while friendly seemed disorganized. I was told the rugs were prepaid for (they weren't) and one of the women said one of the rugs had tassels and neither did.
I got my rugs back and while they were well cleaned the poor customer service was off-putting
