One of the blinds had been previously repaired, never worked properly.
2020 Blinds fixed both blinds perfectly.
Would highly recommend them.

The lady that I spoke to was extremely helpful in giving me advice on how to reinstall the blind myself. She was kind, patient and went above and beyond what I had expected! And my roller blind works perfect now!! Excellent customer service!

Although it was delayed for almost a week due to the lack of communication on the repair quote, I still gave them a 5-star review! My only comment here is please notify the repair process to the customer when the repair items are dropping off, especially double checking the customer email address to make sure the customer would successfully receive the repair quote to avoid any delays on the timeline of the repair! Will definitely come back if needed. Highly recommended.

From the very first phone call ( Wendy) to the final product everything went so smooth, on time and we were always kept up to date with the progress.
We got the blinds home and they look brand new (22 years old).
Thank you so much to Wendy and Jen for exceeding our expectations, couldn’t be happier.
