I always felt comfortable asking him tons of questions and trusted him to get me all the details I needed. He was incredibly prompt, responsive and was willing to go above and beyond to find me the right home. He puts his clients best interest first and I never felt like I was being pushed in any direction I wasn’t comfortable with. I highly recommend working with Grayson!

As an incredibly nervous first time home buyer, Grayson put my mind at ease and ensured all of my questions were answered! He had gone out of his way numerous times to guide me & went above and beyond to recommend all of his connections to make the process that much easier and stress free. The guidance I received was sincerely genuine. At no point did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable. I would highly recommend Grayson to family and friends. My husband and I had 3 transactions with him - a condo purchase, a referral by him for a BC realtor to assist us with a home purchase, and the sale of our house. He is professional, efficient, trustworthy, helpful and very accommodating. We felt comfortable and at ease dealing with him. He has this calm and approachable demeanor that you will not be shy to ask him questions or suggestions. He would patiently explain. He is also a good listener and would address your concerns and help you. He is good at what he does - very knowledgeable in his field and his marketing strategy really works because we sold our house above asking in less than 48 hours! He really went above and beyond all throughout the entire process. A pleasure to work with and a true service-oriented realtor! 10/10!!! Thank you, Grayson!
