(March 31, 2022, 11:04 pm)after they helped close my recently passed fathers cell number TELUS corporate decided because my dad was the account holder they shut down my moms phone 3 days after this location with no notice or anything!
so go back on a Friday evening deal with Hugh who frankly went far above and beyond in trying to help get my moms phone number reactivated and help me get a new account for both of us. truly understood my issue/concerns and help to undo the mess their corporate office threw me into.
After describing he also was going to look into how he can help lower some of my moms rates on TV and Internet. -

They worked hard to get me what I needed. I did not feel like they tried to up sell me and they used my past plans overall usage to get me the best plan at the best price. Very satisfied with the service.
