The whole experience was great, from ease in making the appointment to an on-time arrival and considerate service including masking up and booties to keep my floors clean. I fully recommend A Plus Tech.

When my computer became so slow it was unusable for work, he diagnosed the problem (outdated hardrive) and replaced it with a solid-state unit. The computer now operates better than it did new. The second time I had a complete Windows crash. William was able to get my computer back up and running within the day. His customer service is superb!

He went the extra mile, literally, as he came for a home visit when we couldn't resolve the issue after a remote session. I was very pleased with the service I received. I am not very tech savvy, so William's patience was very important to me. Will definitely use his service again.

He is quick to reply and i had an appointment 2 hours after calling and 2 days later all the parts were in and i was up and running. I use my pc for work and play daily so it was important to have quick service. I can't say enough about this company. I would highly recommend using them for all of your computer needs. I definitely will call them again.
