Sensei Lilia takes her time to ensure that the children understand all that is expected of them to know and she is super patient as she explains it to them, my children are having such a great time and have learnt so much in such a short time.

Lilia Sensei is one of the most genuine and dedicated sensei's that I have had the pleasure of learning from, specializing in one of the oldest global Shotokan karate organizations in the world.
She offers classes for both children and adults alike, offering nearly 30 years of her own Karate experience for all her students. But don't take my word for it, come check it out for yourself!
