If you are looking for a fully equipped gym that is not crowded, clean and the owner and staff are awesome, then this gym is 100% for you! The owner, Sarah is also a massage therapist and she is really great at what she does. She is knowledgeable about massage and will provide a thorough assessment of the tightness on your body each time so to offer best massage treatment you need. I will 100% recommend Sarah for your massage needs and physical fitness needs as well. She is the instructor for the workout classes being offered and you will not regret attending them. Check out the website to see when the classes are being offered and pick the time that works for you (morning or evening). Thanks Sarah for providing safe, calm and clean environment!!!

Oscar is very Knowledgeable and professional. He provided an excellent treatment and helped me with exercises to do in the gym to continue getting better results. I highly recommend Oscar to help you with various conditions you might need help with

Sarah is knowledgeable and can help your various physical ailments from both a personal trainer and masseuse perspective. Her knowledge of anatomy and her whole-body approach to issues makes recovery and prevention more successful. For me, Sarah has helped me with plantar fasciitis issues arising from weak glutes and tight calves along with new issues in my back and shoulder from carrying around a newborn constantly for the last few months. Highly recommend if you need someone who can help you with any emerging or stubborn issues that others have failed to correct for you. Go give Sarah a visit, you won't regret it! I'd recommend one of the packages for training and massage together so Sarah can use both approaches to help you.

(December 2, 2020, 11:50 pm)Decided to give a new gym a try and I must say I do love the concept and the gym. Dustin provided great info first time meeting him and with the membership it provides a good unique offering that big gyms usually charge for. Nice open space, good equipment and nice positive vibe. Feels like a nice family gym and not too crowded.
