I’m not a regular customer and this was only my second time buying products from this store. Chloe recommended so many things to try and I’m very excited to go back!!

I work in the disability sector and was shopping for a client and Ivy was extraordinarily helpful in helping find the right product for my client that would suit his tastes and also stay within his budget. She had some of the best customer service skills I have ever encountered and overall is just a very pleasant and enjoyable person to interact with. I’d highly recommend this store and judging from my experience with Ivy, they hire very well!

(November 15, 2022, 10:22 am)I've been to this location a few times since they've opened and I must say the lady there ivory who's helped me every time has top notch customer service. She is very knowledgeable about all the products in the store and she always gives me the best recommendations. I have never been disappointed. This is truly my favorite dispensary that I've been to just by the experience of the customer service of the staff especially ivory. She always greets me with a big smile and makes me feel super comfortable. And I also wanted to mention that she always points me in the right direction to the product that's right for me and for my needs. This will be my dispensary from now on. Keep up the great work Ivory and staff at the sage Hill fire and flower. I will absolutely recommend this location to all my friends and family great job guys!
