(September 13, 2021, 6:32 pm)My kids loved the different exercises they got try. I loved that it was done safely with an experienced and certified trainer. The next day, they said, “I feel that I’ve already gotten stronger!”
Jack was wonderful with my two boys. They enjoyed it and left them with a positive mindset on exercise, even challenging ones.
