I reached out to Alison and her team needing a custom safety manual in a rush which they went out of their way to make happen for me.
On top of that they were able to help my company through the process of becoming Avetta Certified which we are now fully compliant.

You can tell why she is in this industry when she talks, she has a passion for safety and client care. I would echo @Anthony Davis in saying that this has been one of the best customer service experiences I have experienced. Julie is extremely knowledge about the field and has years of experience to draw upon and has the certifications to back her knowledge up. I would definitely recommend Julie and WCS to others.
