(December 26, 2021, 11:08 am)Had a problem Christmas Day, He was the only person to respond, He really put the Customer first and was able to Fix my pc and get it running again.
The whole time sending me information about how my computer was doing what kind of updates were needed and eventually, replacing my broken SSD and giving me back my computer before the day was over.
He works fast and Honest. I truly appreciate this Christmas miracle!

(December 14, 2021, 9:38 pm)Marc (Mark?) was super helpful, welcomed me into his home after typical business hours, gave me a discount on an additional service, and gave me some super helpful additional tips relating to other computer habits/practises to keep it running at its best. He even answered my phone call about another question at 7:30pm 4 days later. Can’t recommend any more!

I went to his place and he helped me match the screw I need and gave it to me free of charge! Really nice guy and we talked a lot about rock music. I will definitely recommend to anyone!
