(March 22, 2022, 8:44 pm)Wow wow wow.. I can’t say enough about jay and his team. we called day of to get in not only for myself but my husband too which of course they accommodated. I have been to multiple chiropractors in the past and nobody does it like dr jay does. I’m feeling years younger and I only had one session with him so far. Can’t wait to be back! Cheers guys:)

After just one visit my pain has been alleviated, I am very much looking forward to my next appointment. Dr. Shephard is my new best friend!

(December 9, 2021, 7:42 pm)A truly amazing chiropractic office! The staff are all lovely. I am always greeted with many smiles when I arrive for my visits.
I have never had an issue booking an appointment (even on short notice) because everyone there is committed to helping me get in the office so I can get back to my best shape.
In addition to the great atmosphere, the chiropractor is unmatched in his treatment. I always leave feeling fantastic after having my joints and muscles worked on.
Overall, it’s wonderful every time I go to Shephard Health! -

Jay is highly knowledgeable and experienced in a great many facets of athleticism, injury, body mechanics and overall physical wellness. He is thorough, dedicated and efficient, while also being fun and light-hearted. His associates work with the same professional level of dedication and pride in their work.
