Shelly is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable expressing how I feel and she has provided me with some simple yet powerful tools to help me understand what a healthy relationship looks like for myself and for others. She is really good at listening and asking the right questions without judging the situation. Thank you Shelly :)

(November 13, 2021, 12:31 am)I had my first free 30-minute call with Shelly today.
I also had set up for other calls with counsellors for today. I spoke with Shelly last. I was tired, overwhelmed and unsure if I was going to find a fit for a counsellor to help me with my anxiety and depression. Our call was AMAZING! I felt empowered!
Shelly was so easy to talk to, she told me all the ways we would work together, how we would set goals and spoke about bite-size therapy, what a relief. I feel heard and I am so excited to start sessions with her next week.

(October 12, 2021, 2:46 pm)My son had been struggling for nearly a year with anxiety.
We had seen a counsellor in the past but it did not work out as we had planned. We were referred to Shelly.
In 5 sessions we had tools and suggestions to put in place immediately, with conversations we built a routine and looked at patterns of behavior together with my son, and it worked great!
It’s going really good and my son is doing great! If things go side ways again I will be booking with Shelly! -

(May 21, 2021, 9:10 pm)I wanted to take a moment to say thank you!!! Your emotions webinar and emotions procedure manual is so helpful Shelly. I just watched the video with my daughter and she has agreed to sit down with me for 10 minutes a day to do a quick look at her emotions each day. This is a big first step for her. I love the work you do and am so thankful for this video and the worksheets. Thank you for truly making a difference in people's lives. Ayn

(August 17, 2020, 1:36 am)Shelly has been the hugest help to my family. My son has gained perspective, grown, flourished, and his confidence and self esteem have seen a great improvement. At 10 it was hard to see him so sad. The relationship Shelly developed with his was remarkable! She was able to gain his trust, and the relationship she built with him was remarkable.
I have also seen Shelly for my own mental health support- she is incredibly easy to speak to and is like a long time friend. She holds no judgement. She is a great listener,genuine, and was able to provide the most practical and tangible tools for me to implement into my daily life.
Shells warmth, knowledge and support are immensely appreciated.
