(January 15, 2021, 10:21 pm)I have been renting at Riviera on the Bow since September 2020. My move-in went very smoothly. The building is gorgeous. I love the lobby with the chandeliers and wall art. It is bright and open. I rent a unit towards the back on the main floor and it is very quiet and peaceful. Renting a unit on the main floor gives me the best of both worlds - I can walk in and out from unit to the outside; it's like living in a bungalow. I would recommend anyone looking for a beautiful unit close to the hospital or the university look at renting or owning here.

The staff members are very kind and helpful with prompt attention to occasional (minor) problems. Overall, this location is excellent--within a short distance of the Bow River and proximity to a variety of restaurants, cafes etc. My friends and visitors have invariably commented on the impressive building design, the safety/security features and the maintenance of common areas and grounds.
