We all but thought it was over but Kevin was able to keep the conversation going with the seller and secure us our dream home at our desired price. Strongly recommend!

(March 1, 2019, 9:40 pm)We have used Kevin Shapkin Real Estate twice (once to buy an acreage and the second time to sell an acreage and then buy a house in the city) and can't stress enough how great Kevin and Leanne were in helping us on both occasions. Kevin is extremely personable and friendly, while also being very knowledgeable in rural and city properties alike. His knowledge of home building is a big plus when going to see a home and he is a straight shooter and will be very honest with you. I can truthfully say in the experiences we have had he has always had our best interests at heart. One of the reasons why I like Kevin and Leanne is their ability to do the "homework" on properties and what is out there, providing you with honest data driven analysts of the market to help make decisions. On top of this he is an excellent negotiator and that is a plus that you need on your side.
Hopefully we don't have to change homes for quite a while but if we do we are going back to Kevin, no questions asked. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a city home or rural property to give Kevin a call. You will not regret it.
