He was readily available and quickly got me in to see homes that were just listed. I highly recommend Kelly Kernick when looking to buy a home as his expertise, communication skills and commitment exceeded all my expectations. Then add the fact that he is very personable. At not point did he judge my situation. He even helped me move when my movers bailed on me at the last minute. If I ever sell this place and move I will definitely list with Kelly.

Not only did he not blink at the situation with the ex and her unreasonable expectations but he did not try to lower the previous price the other realtor could not sell it at or ask us to update! He replied to every text, message and call within minutes but not longer than a few hours ( and that was just my side), he reassured and walked us through the process with grace and an ensuring confidence.
I really believe that if you haven’t even asked for a meeting with Kelly for the sale of your house, you are selling yourself short. He gets the job done!!
