(February 25, 2022, 7:00 pm)I have found the staff at this Iris eyecare establishment to be extremely helpful. When I fell and broke my glasses I was able to make an appointment that day to start the process to acquiring a new pair. Stacy helped me choose some frames that would compliment my face and ordered a couple of different colours so that I would have a choice. Once I had made my final choice it was much quicker for the finished glasses to be on my face than what I had expected. I was going on a trip and the staff had told me that it would be possible for them to ship my new glasses to a different store in a different province. This was plan B but it wasn’t necessary as I had the glasses before I left. Thank you Stacy! You have provided excellent service with a side of kindness!🙂

She gave me correct information that my AISH insurance covers 100% of the eye exam and then booked me for the exam on the same day. Dr. Gabriella Torano was very friendly and professional. I strongly recommend this vision center for eye exams.

The staff is knowledgeable, professional and polite, always eager to do their best, either helping to chose correct frames or providing free maintenance for pre-purchased glasses, or scheduling appointment with optometrist for me or my mom. Actually the service is so friendly and comforting, and the result is always above expectations, that I see no reason to stop using their service. Like today I got 2 eye glasses fixed and it was free of charge, which I appreciate a lot.
