(November 19, 2022, 2:07 pm)A great store with great shoes. The staff really need some customer service training. We had 4 kids trying to buy shoes and 3 staff talked and checked phones. We had to keep asking for help. One young man was extremely helpful.

(February 8, 2022, 5:08 am)I’ve visited Foot Locker before, but the one at St. Vital Mall Winnipeg. Their customer service were the worst! So rude and disrespectful. All employees there.
And then I came to this Foot Locker at Market Mall Calgary. It was the first time I came to Foot Locker in this location and my experience there was awesome! Opposite with the one I got from the place I mentioned before. The first guy that greeted us was very nice but because I didn’t have any intention to buy anything I just said I want to look around and he told me to let him know if I need help from him. And then my eyes caught my favourite shoes, Tim’s and it was on sale! But too bad it didn’t have my size. But Cecilia came to the rescue! She said she’ll order my size for me and will send it to my home at no charge! She was so sweet, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. And guess what, 2 days later I received my Tim’s! I though it will take at least 5 days. What a nice surprise. Definitely will come back again to this Foot Locker (at Market Mall or Chinook Mall) !! You guys are awesome! Thank you!
PS: they gave me a card with a hand-written note to enjoy my Tim’s. So sweet!
