She is extremely professional, reliable, punctual, responsive and understanding and she has a very pleasant and honest personality. She has great communication skills and she carefully respected our instructions by sending us detailed reports about our property (including pictures). She was also very available to talk on the phone whenever we needed to communicate with her about work to be done at our property. We were very comfortable knowing that someone as reliable as Simona was looking after our property. We highly recommend Simona for her excellent services and we will hire her to check our house again.

She cares deeply about the animals she takes care of and sees pet sitting as more than just a job. She is very pleasant to deal with on the phone and very reliable when needed. Highly recommended!
