Evolve Contracting is a top notch company ran by incredible people. Ryan, Lindsay and their team were very professional right from the first meeting all the way to the competition of the project. Ryan and his team transformed our dated 2003 two story house into a modern masterpiece.

We removed the corner pantry which allowed the kitchen to be redesigned into a more functional space. Evolve Contracting and their partnerships helped us design a perfect kitchen with an oversized island with state of the art appliances. We absolutely love the appliance garage and the functionality of the cabinets.

Evolve Contracting helped us transform the nook and living room into a better layout by removing a window to allow for the TV to be mounted over the fireplace. We love the new railing, the beautiful hardwood and tiled floors and every part of the refresh.

The ensuite was a major renovation with a completely new layout. Removing the oversized jet tub and adding a large walk-in shower really recreated the space. We love the dual vanity and the extra storage. Evolve Contracting had to get creative to relocate the window to allow natural light into the space.

Evolve Contracting worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with the project at every step of the process. Ryan provided options when unforeseen issues were encountered and helped us with solutions. Ryan kept us informed on when crews were arriving and made sure they kept the space tidy since we were still living in the house during the renovation.

We had our new-to-us 1980’s home in Edgemont completely renovated, and after interviewing several contractors, we selected Ryan and Evolve Contracting for the project. Our job was challenging because we were living in a different city during the renovation, and just a few weeks into the work, the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Ryan managed the project through these hurdles (and the regular renovation challenges) and still managed to get the project completed in time for our move-in-date.

We had Evolve do a full reno on our house. Floors, ceilings, railings, carpets on stairs, new doors, painted interior, new lighting, new bathrooms, new window boxes, new baseboards, furnace and kitchen island.
