Tomas and the Concise team are fast and efficient to work with. They are prompt to deal with questions and for those of us who work in the field it is very easy to collaborate with them to get jobs completed in a orderly fashion. They're fair to there customers and really do take great care and consideration into the work they does.
What a great experience I had today with Thomas from Concise Engineering. We had Tomas come out to verify we could remove a large wall safely in our newly purchased 1979 condo. Tomas is very professional and efficient. We were looking for a structural engineer to obtain a City permit to renovate a basement (new basement window, increasing window size). I have been working with Tomas over the past 5 years on multiple projects varying in size and type of requirements needed from an engineer. Projects such as egress window requirements, structural support for wall removals, and multi family developments. I always appreciate the communication from Tomas and his ability to provide a quick turnaround with the drawings.
