Al, is absolutely wonderful! He was so helpful, and full of information, as well as told me what to anticipate/do with the notifications that on my printer. He is great at his job.
Got there at 730pm, when the store hours say they are open until 8pm.
They said they couldn't refill 2 cartridges as it was too late (even though it was 30min until they closed).
Just think they should update their information to reflect they don't refill cartridges after 7:30pm (as I drove from the NW to run this errand).
Al was very informative and friendly. Tried all he could to fix my old cartridge. Great experience!
Super friendly and helpful. Kelly took the time to do everything she could to get my cartridge working. Explained everything to me as well which was nice. I'll definitely be going back and highly recommend.
