The installer showed up exactly on time and was very efficient and friendly. Love them! They look great. And I like the latch mechanism much better than the magnet version. Thanks so much, I’m a happy customer!

She had the installation up and working well in less than an hour, was very efficient and pleasant, and she also made sure we understood the door's operation. We are very pleased with the door and how the installation went.

French style doors, installed a brown Phantom Screen.
Very professional, polite and knowledgeable staff.
Very lovely lady in the showroom took the time to explain the Phantom Screen options, colors and installation process with us, and sent us home with a color matching card. Installation happened within 2 weeks of booking.
Installer was polite, did good work to install straight and square to the doors. Explained care and maintenance after install. Buy the lube they suggest, and use often.
We got them installed in May 2021 - and we have not had any issues with them over the last year. (we don't have pets of kids running into them though) You can see in the photos they color match very well, and even though they are set back from our doors, they look great.
You can see in the photos that the center is not in the middle of the door frame, and the handles are slightly uneven from each other, but all minor considering how much we love this purchase and would recommend Suite Outdoors. We love our screen, wish we installed years ago. -
