They are quick in response time and getting you what you need when you need it. Our rep, Sarah Orr, is such a pleasure to work with. She makes things super easy for us and we can always count on her if we have a question or need something. Would definitely recommend RGO for your office needs. Keep up the great work!

Scan and email features help with remote access. Very responsive technical and sales staff. Highly recommend this local company

There are no surprises when it comes to quotes or hidden fees estimates none of that, it’s the truth from the beginning and what you are given is the best options for us, not just an upsale. The Machines have always been fantastic, reliable and covers our needs. Service calls have always been amazing, friendly, easy solutions, timely, staff willing help, teach and support us, not just come in do the job and leave.

(May 19, 2021, 6:06 pm)We have used RGO as our sole provider of leased workgroup printers for several years now, and the service and support has been consistently excellent. Our rep is quick to respond on queries, and the support desk also. The automatic dispatch of new toner and supplies facilitated by their monitoring systems is an especially valuable feature, as this has both eased administrative burden and made the users happy with their printers never being out of service for lack of these.
