We had water damage from the recent rain storm in our basement. We called Raid Restoration and were taken care of by Jessica, Ashlyn and their team- all of them amazing. They arrived same day and got straight to work. The explanations and communication was clear and incredibly professional. We are so grateful to them for their help with this process since we are new homeowners and this is our first experience. Outstanding professional support from every person we had helping us out. HIGHLY recommend putting this team on your radar for any restoration needs that come up. They definitely appreciate and respect how important it is to competently get this work done well ASAP.
I have only good things to say about Rapid Response Restoration!! The team went above and beyond and were extremely flexible with my crazy schedule. The workers were super friendly and always on time! The floors look amazing!!! I am so happy with them. They left the place spotless when they were done. They even made my bed. Thank you all very much for doing these floors. My partner and I are so pleased! As a young woman living in the city, I was super worried and usually don’t appreciate people coming into my home but, I felt safe and secure with the entire team. I am SO happy with my floors and this entire process. I would 10/10 recommend these guys if you ever need any work done! I can’t thank you all enough!!
