(October 23, 2020, 9:43 pm)I own a 2006 Prevost Coach converted by Royal. I have had this coach for a little over a year and have been dealing with Adeal, in parts. He is easy to work with and very knowledgeable of all the parts my bus has needed. Once, I needed parts after hours and the parts manager (Randy) came in on his own time and got me what I needed. Now, that's service! Dominic, who is the Branch Manager, is great to deal with as well, and sorts out any problems that might arise. A great team to deal with in Canada, even if you're not in Calgary.

(August 10, 2019, 4:25 pm)I can't say enough positive about this Prevost service center - Dominik and Josee got me in right away. Vaughn the technician was great at getting the job done quickly and i was back on the road safely in just a few hours. This space is only temporary as a new large service center is being built down the road and should be ready in a few months.
I don't live in the area but if i was to have service done at Prevost I would highly recommend this Prevost service center.
