They did not only deliver on time but was very useful in terms of getting a very efficient, value for our money building plan beffiting of our family, a reality. They were also very prompt and willing to change whatever it was we didn't like after installations.
Their turn around response time to our complains and needs was an eye opener to how services can be more efficient in Calgary. We were glad to have contacted them for our housing needs. -

From the decision to get our first home up to taking possession, Melcom homes was there and worked with us every step of the way. I can say for certain that we got the best deal. Most items that regular builders would have charged as upgrades came standard with Melcom Homes. If you are searching for a reliable builder, you can't go wrong with Melcom Homes.
