Our family found Chelsea at home instead to go above and beyond, every time we needed help. The people that Home Instead hire, are of the highest caliber, in training, and compassion. Their workers are dependable, hard working and do not continually need direction from family members.
Yes, private care can be costly but this is definitely a case of the fact you get what you paid for! My family is definitely indebted to Home Instead for the excellent care they gave my dad and the wonderful support they gave my mom. It allowed my dad to spend the last year of his life at home, in peace and surrounded by people he loved. Worth every penny! -

(October 25, 2017, 4:33 pm)Response time for phone calls is almost immediate if you have left a message after hours. Otherwise a real person answers the phone. You can book or cancel a caregiver 24 hours ahead. If one caregiver doesn't mesh with you they will get you someone else. If an unforeseen problem happens that a giver will be late your notified right away.
