(June 6, 2021, 5:06 pm)My wife and I have just gotten our second house from excel homes last week. Cathey is great to work with, I have known Cathey from 2016 when we purchase our first excel home. She is very kind and professional in everything she does. She is very knowledgeable about numerous things in the construction industry, I have in the past and even currently relied on her expertise about numerous topics including but not limited to mortgage, upgrading the house and many other topics.
My wife and I are also looking forward to purchase again from Excel Homes. This is because of Cathey's wealth of experience, professional communication, transparency, openness and willingness to share information and she is always warm and welcoming. As a result of Cathey's A-class customer service, Excel Homes as become our preferred home builder.
I must also say a special thank you to Andre who since he has join the team as been excellent. Special thank you also to Tariq and Karen who we have dealt with also in the past.
Thank you Excel Homes for providing excellent people to work with. We are looking forward to working with you in the near future and beyond. -

Always ready to help... If this is your first time home buying, Just talk to these 2 guys and they will make sure you have all the required information for each process even if it is not related to their job description.
