(March 22, 2022, 9:16 pm)Thank you so much to Ryan and his team (especially Sabrina!!) for helping me through the stressful situation that was my upstairs washing machine flood that resulted in reconstruction work being required in my kitchen and dining room.
Our insurance company connected us with Canstar and we immediately had someone at our house to check out the initial flood situation and help dry out all affected areas.
When it came time to schedule the reconstruction Sabrina was amazing. She helped me work around my schedule and find a time for the work to get completed with minimal disruption which is hard when your kitchen is affected and you have small children.
The Canstar employees and their contractors were nice to work with and always willing to explain their work if I had questions or provide more information about all steps of the process. There was an issue with the paint color that was initially used; however, after immediately raising the color issue to Sabrina she validated my concern and ensured that the paint issue was resolved within hours.
Looking in my space now I can’t even tell there had been any water damage. -
